Starting your Company Forest is straightforward.

For Africa, UK or mixed Company Forests, simply complete the sign-up form below. We’ll aim to have your agreement with you within two weeks so you’ll soon be on your way to planting trees and sharing the impact you’re making.

Our Bespoke Company Forests start with a conversation. Complete our enquiry form and we’ll work with you to understand your ambitions and create a partnership shaped around your business and the impact you want to make.

How does the sign up process work?

Here’s what to expect at each stage of the sign up process when you start an Africa, UK or mixed Company Forest.

  • Complete the form below with your company details, your chosen level of support and the information we need to get your Company Forest started.

    Please note, you’ll need to agree to our Ethical Policy

  • As a registered charity, we carry out an ethical check of all potential partners to make sure they align with our policies and values. This usually takes up to six working days, and we’ll contact you if we need any more information.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you a Company Forest Agreement confirming your payment schedule, number of trees and Company Forest details, when this is signed we’ll then send you an invoice or secure online payment link.

  • Once we receive your first payment, your Company Forest begins.

    We’ll send you a welcome pack with everything you need to confidently start sharing your support, including our logo, stories, photographs and guidance on communicating your partnership with ITF.

  • You’ll have a dedicated account manager at ITF, who will meet with you regularly and help you make the most of your Company Forest. Your account manager can also help with questions about communicating your support, involving your employees and making appropriate environmental claims.

  • We’ll plant your trees and you’ll receive quarterly updates with news about your trees, the landscapes they’re being planted in and the wider impact of your support, including photographs, stories and content you can share with your colleagues and customers.

  • Each year, you’ll receive a certificate celebrating the number of trees you’ve planted, along with resources to help you share your impact.

    And then the journey continues. Your Company Forest can then continue to grow year after year, building long-term impact that transforms landscapes and lives.

ITF’s Ethical and Environmental Policy

ITF specifically rules out association with persons or entities involved in:

  • Arms manufacturing

  • Tobacco production

  • Pornography

  • Marketing of junk food and drink to children

  • Animal testing

  • Abuse of land rights, human rights or labour rights, including child labour.

ITF does not accept funds from political parties and will not accept donations or support from individuals and organisations that are directly involved at a significant scale in:

  • Deforestation and forest degradation

  • Environmental damage and loss of biodiversity

  • Fossil fuel extraction

  • Unsustainable use of natural resources

  • Industrial animal agriculture and animal cruelty

  • Lobbying against regulations that protect the environment.
