AGM 2025

ITF's Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 will take place on Thursday 19th June online over MS Teams. The AGM will start at 12pm followed by a presentation on ITF’s current work programme.

Your vote

NOTES 

(1)  A Member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint one or more proxies to attend, speak and vote on a show of hands and on a poll instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. If you wish your proxy to speak at the meeting you should appoint a proxy other than the Chair of the meeting and give your instructions to that proxy.

(2)  To be effective an instrument appointing a proxy and any authority under which it is executed must be deposited with International Tree Foundation, 106-108 Cowley Road, Oxford, OX4 lJE, no later than 12 noon on 17th June 2025, except that (a) should the meeting be adjourned, such deposit may be made not later than 48 hours before the time of the adjourned meeting and (b) in the case of a poll taken more than 48 hours after it was demanded, such deposit may be made not later than 24 hours before the time appointed for the taking of the poll. In calculating the said periods of 48 and 24 hours for the deposit of a proxy, there is to be excluded any part of a day which is a Saturday or Sunday or a bank holiday in England.

 (3) An organisation, public authority or corporation which is a Member may appoint one representative who shall have one vote on a show of hands and otherwise may exercise on behalf of the Member all of its powers as a Member.

Members of ITF play an important role within the governance of the Foundation that you will find outlined in our Articles of Association. If you would prefer to remain as a supporter but not as a member, please let us know. We will continue to keep you informed and updated but will not share information about our general meetings.
